FISH & POTATO TASTE TEASER 
6 potatoes
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lb. favorite fish fillets
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 1/4 c. sour cream
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Cook potatoes, drain and whip with butter, salt, milk, paprika and pepper. Spread in a buttered, oblong baking dish. Sprinkle fish with salt and brown on both sides, cook 10 minutes, until fish flakes. Spread 1/3 of sour cream over potatoes then spread with onions and 1/2 the bread crumbs. Arrange fish in a layer and sprinkle with remaining crumbs and cheese. Spread rest of sour cream over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
