POPEYE SALAD 
1/2 head lettuce, torn
1 lb. fresh spinach, torn
1 med. large onion, finely chopped
3 to 4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
5 to 6 strips bacon, crumbled

DRESSING:

1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar

Mix all ingredients, except dressing, and refrigerate. Just before serving time, toss dressing. Mixture can be made ahead and refrigerated.
