2 c. or more shredded chicken, or crabmeat or shrimp Mix: 1 1/2 c. tomato paste 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 c. dry red wine 1 tsp. to 1 tbsp. Tabasco, to your taste Mix together and set aside. Saute': 3 cloves garlic 1/2 lb. mushrooms 1/2 c. fresh parsley Add liquid mix to saute'. Simmer gently 1 hour. Add: Pinch of ground coriander Pinch of cinnamon Pinch of cloves Pinch of thyme Pinch of oregano 1/2 tsp. salt, or to taste Simmer 30 minutes or more. Add cooked meat and serve over rice or pasta. |
