CHOCOLATE LOGS 
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 c. melted butter
1/2 block paraffin wax
16 oz. pkgs. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Thoroughly mix sugar, coconut, pecans, vanilla, and graham cracker crumbs into the peanut butter. Pour butter over mixture and blend well. Shape dough into 2 x 2 1/2 inch logs. Melt paraffin wax and chocolate over double boiling water. Dip logs quickly into chocolate. Place them on waxed paper to harden.
