CHOCOLATE LOGS 
1 lb. box confectioners' sugar
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1 c. melted butter (2 sticks)
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter

Mix all ingredients except butter. Pour butter and mix well. Shape into logs. Chill.

COATING:

1 (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. cake paraffin

Melt in double boiler (remove from heat). Roll or dip logs in mixture and place on wax paper to harden.
