CHICKEN CASSEROLE SUPREME 
2 (4 oz.) pkg. dried beef
Chicken breasts, as many as guests
Bacon slices, as many as chicken breasts
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 c. dairy sour cream
Black pepper

Shred dried beef into bottom of rather shallow greased casserole. Wrap bacon around breast and place on top of beef. Sprinkle with pepper NO SALT.

Blend soup with sour cream and mushrooms. Pour over chicken. Cover with foil and bake for 3 hours at 275 degrees or (1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees). Uncover and bake 30 minutes more.
