6 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 box Escort crackers, crushed
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can water chestnuts, sliced (opt.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick butter
1 jar sliced mushrooms

Boil chicken breasts until tender and cut into bite size pieces. Grease a casserole dish with the butter and stir in about 1/2 the box of Escort crackers. Mix the remaining ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into casserole dish and layer the rest of the cracker crumbs on top. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
