3 pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Nilla wafers

Mix together cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Use aluminum cupcake papers to line pans. Place a vanilla wafer in each liner. Pour mixture into pans and bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 36. Can be topped with cherry pie filling.
