CHICKEN WINGS 
4 1/2 - 5 1/2 lbs. chicken wings
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
5 oz. soy sauce

Cut chicken wings in two at bone. Mix sugars, soy sauce and garlic powder. Place chicken wings in pan that you will cook them in. Marinate overnight, basting several times. Cook for 2 1/2 hours at 325 degrees in uncovered pan. Baste every 20 minutes. Makes excellent hors d'oeuvres or dish on buffet.
