MICROWAVE LASAGNA-QUICK 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 jar (15 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt (may be omitted)
1 pkg. (8 oz.) uncooked lasagna noodles
2 c. Ricotta cheese, divided
3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Chopped parsley

Place beef in 2 quart microproof bowl. Microwave on high for 5 minutes, stirring once. Drain any liquid. Add spaghetti sauce, water, salt and mix well. Spread 1/3 of meat mixture in 11 x 7 x 2 inch microproof baking dish. Arrange half of uncooked lasagna noodles over sauce.

Spread with 1 cup of Ricotta cheese and sprinkle with 1 cup Mozzarella. Repeat layers, ending with meat mixture. Top with Parmesan cheese. Double wrap with plastic wrap. Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated.

Place dish on rack in microwave and microwave at 50% power for 30 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella. Micro-wave 2 minutes to melt cheese. Add parsley. Baking should be according to directions of microwave. Have processed on high, but check in 15 minutes. Serves 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
