MICROWAVE QUICK BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 4 oz.

Place broccoli in a 2 quart casserole. Cover with heavy duty plastic wrap; microwave at HIGH for 7-8 minutes or until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Microwave at HIGH for 4-6 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Yields about 4 cups.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
