QUICK - AS - A - SNAP MICROWAVE
CARAMEL POPCORN
 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. white corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. butter flavor, optional
3-5 qt. popped corn

Put popcorn in paper grocery bag. Mix sugar, butter, syrup, and salt in saucepan. Boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in soda.

Pour mixture over popcorn in bag and stir or shake well until corn is coated. Close bag and cook on high 4 minutes, shaking bag well at 1 minute intervals. Remove and let cool, then enjoy.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
