FRESH VEGETABLE MARINADE 
4 stalks fresh broccoli
8 lg. mushrooms, sliced
1 med. bell pepper, chopped
1 sm. head cauliflower, in flowerettes

Mix above. 2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. vinegar 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 sm. onion, grated 2 tbsp. poppy seed

Mix above. Pour over vegetables. Chill. 10 to 12 servings.
