STRAWBERRY TORTE 
CRUST AND TOPPING:

1 3/4 c. vanilla wafer cookie crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

FILLING:

2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. butter
2 beaten eggs
1 pt. fresh sliced strawberries
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. whipped cream

Line 7x10 pan with 3/4 cup of crumb mix. Bake 10 minutes, 350 degrees.

Cream powdered sugar and butter. Add eggs. Pour over crumbs. Add berries and sugar. Cover with sweetened whipped cream. Top with remaining crumbs. Cover with Saran wrap and chill 24 hours.
