COUNTRY PEACH COBBLER 
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can peaches in heavy syrup
1 stick butter

Mix flour, sugar, milk, baking powder and salt together, form a good batter (no lumps); set aside. Take butter stick, grease pan. Place peaches in pan (no syrup), cut remaining butter on peaches. Pour batter over peaches. Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand a few minutes, top with Cool Whip.
