STUFFED BEEF ROLL 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 tbsp. minced onion

Combine beef, egg, garlic, milk, cracker crumbs, salt and pepper. On wax paper, shape mixture into a 10 x 7 inch rectangle. Combine rice, cheese and onion. Spread over meat. Roll jelly roll fashion and seal ends. Place in baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving to set center filling.
