STUFFED BEEF ROLLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

STUFFING:

1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. marjoram leaves
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. chicken broth

GRAVY:

1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 c. water

Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In large bowl mix ground beef, eggs, salt, and pepper.

In small bowl mix together stuffing ingredients. Divide ground beef into 6 portions. Press each into a 4 inch square between two pieces of wax paper. Remove top sheet, spread 2 tablespoons stuffing mix on each square of meat. Roll up jelly roll fashion and seal edges. Repeat with each portion. Bake for 20 minutes. Drizzle with gravy.
