QUICK CALZONES 
Unroll one (10 ounce) can refrigerator pizza crust. Press out to 10x15 rectangle. Cut diagonally into two pieces.

Top one half a diagonal with shredded Mozzarella cheese and any of the following: mushrooms, peppers, onion, pepperoni, olives, broccoli, spinach, ham, etc. It's totally up to you.

Fold dough over filling and pinch to seal edges. Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden.
