LEMON GRILLED PORK CHOPS 
4 chops, 1 inch thick
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 tbsp. parsley
2 tsp. chopped chives
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. tarragon
1/2 tsp. savory

Combine oil, water and seasonings in small saucepan. Bring to boil, then simmer 3 to 4 minutes. Add lemon juice and peel. Let cool. Pour over chops. Cover and marinate 6 hours or overnight.

Drain chops, reserving marinade. Grill over medium coals 20 minutes each side, brushing occasionally with marinade.
