BAKED HAMBURGER IN MUSHROOM SOUP | |
1 lb. hamburger 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 1 med. onion 1/2 tsp. basil leaves 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. celery salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. water Or seasonings of your choice. Make hamburger into patties and pan fry until medium rare. Place in baking dish; sprinkle on seasonings and onions. Combine soup and water; pour over hamburger. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. |
