CHEESE PASTRY 
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs
1 lb. Feta cheese
Parsley to taste
1 pkg. phyllo dough

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine milk, butter, 2 eggs and mix well. Set aside. In another bowl, mash cheese, add remaining egg and minced parsley.

Grease 15x10 inch baking pan. Place 1 sheet of phyllo on bottom and wet with milk mixture and continue with 12 sheets of phyllo. Spread with filling (cheese and egg mixture) and continue to put down phyllo leaves brushed with milk mixture. After the last sheet of phyllo, wet it with remaining mixture so it is moist all over. Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until done.
