LIVER SPREAD 
1 lb. calf liver
3 med. onions
2 tbsp. oil
3 hard boiled eggs
Salt and pepper

Broil liver, cool. Slice 2 onions and saute until clear in oil. Put liver and onions in food processor along with the eggs and 1 raw onion. Process until coarsely chopped. Chill.

Serve with cocktail party rye or toast triangles.
