PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple (well drained)
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2/3 c. sugar
8 tbsp. self rising flour
1 tube Ritz crackers
1 stick butter (melted)

Crushed pineapple works also. Place drained pineapple in 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Mix cheese, flour and sugar together. Spread over top of casserole. Top with Ritz crackers and drizzle butter over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
