PINEAPPLE CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can pineapple chunks (drained)
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese (grated)
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
Ritz crackers

Mix together cheese, sugar and flour. Add pineapple. Spread in casserole and top with crushed Ritz crackers. Drizzle with butter.

Bake at 350 degrees approximately 30 minutes. Delicious served with baked ham.
