PINEAPPLE CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 cans pineapple chunks
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
5 tbsp. flour
1/2 stick butter
6 tbsp. pineapple juice
1 sleeve Ritz crackers

Drain the pineapple and save the juice. Mix together the sugar, pineapple, cheese and the flour. To this mixture, add the juice. On top of this mixture, crumble the crackers and drizzle over the top the butter.

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes. Serve hot.
