HOT PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 cans chunk pineapple, drained
5 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
2 sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter

Mix together flour and sugar; set aside. Grease casserole dish. Pour drained pineapple in dish. Add sugar and flour mixture to top of pineapple. Sprinkle cheese over previous layer, then the Ritz crackers. Slice butter in small pieces and place on top.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Good with ham, turkey and chicken.
