BAKED PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
3 lg. cans chunky pineapple
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted

Drain pineapple and place in a 9 x 13 dish. Mix sugar and flour and sprinkle on top of pineapple. Grate cheese and sprinkle on top. Crush crackers and mix with melted butter. Put on top of cheese. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
