BAKED PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
4 slices white bread, cubed
1/4 lb. butter, melted

Pour melted butter over bread. Beat 3 eggs; add pinch of salt, 2/3 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons flour and mix together. Add 1 (16 to 20 oz.) can crushed pineapple. Pour into casserole dish and top with bread cubes. Bake at 300 degrees until firm.
