1 gallon apple cider
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. cloves
3 whole cinnamon sticks

Dissolve sugar in apple cider. Pour into large party size coffee pot. Put spices in coffee pot basket (with filter). Perk as coffee.
