1 gal. apple cider
1/2 c. brown sugar
12 whole cloves
1 tsp. whole allspice
4 cinnamon sticks
12x12" cheese cloth

Put apple cider in a crock pot. Dissolve brown sugar in cider. Place cloves, allspice and cinnamon sticks in the center of the cheese cloth and tie the cloth closed. Put it in the cider and heat until very hot.
