ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground beef
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. parsley
Little salt & plenty of pepper
3 tbsp. Italian bread crumbs
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2-3 eggs

Mix all ingredients well. Mixture should be firm but not dry looking. Add extra egg if necessary. Form into medium size balls. Put on cookie sheet (aluminum foil on cookie sheet). Bake in oven at 325 degrees until brown. Drain well and add to tomato sauce or any type of gravy.
