SWEET ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
1/3 c. chopped onions
1/3 c. chopped peppers
2 eggs
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. oatmeal
Salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and shape into large balls and drop into spaghetti sauce. Cook slowly for at least 1 1/2 hours. Cool and skim off fat. BEST if eaten the next day.
