TACO POTATOES 
4 lg. Idaho potatoes
1 lb. ground beef, browned, drained
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 c. water
1/2 c. coarsely chopped green pepper

Bake potatoes. Brown ground beef, drain and add taco seasoning mix, water, pepper and simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Slash tops of each potato and squeeze open. Spoon taco mixture into potatoes. Garnish with sour cream and shredded Cheddar cheese.
