1 med. potato
2 oz. lean ground beef
1/4 tsp. taco sauce
1 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. shredded Cheddar cheese

Bake potato; broil meat and add taco sauce. Add 1 teaspoon butter (optional). Put meat on and spoon on onions. Sprinkle cheese on.
