2 2/3 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. buttermilk

Mix flour, sugar; bring to boil butter, water and oil. Pour over flour and sugar. Mix well, then add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour in greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
