LINGUINI & CLAMS 
1 lb. linguini

SAUCE:

1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. white wine
1/4 lb. butter (1 cube)
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp. chopped garlic (from jar with juice)
Dash of dry red pepper seeds (seasoning)
2 cans semi-drained chopped clams

Cook sauce until HOT. Boil linguini 2/3 done, drain. Put into pasta dish, pour sauce over and mix until juice of sauce is soaked into linguini. Linguini will finish cooking as stirred with sauce. Cheese if desired.
