CLAM 'N GARLIC LINGUINI 
5 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 cans minced clams, drained, reserved juice
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 c. jack cheese, shredded
1 pkg. linguini, freshly cooked

Melt butter and oil over medium heat. Add garlic and stir until golden brown, 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and mix clam juice and parsley into garlic, return to heat and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in clams and cheese and cook until cheese melts, about 3 minutes.

Cook pasta according to directions. Arrange pasta on serving platter, pour clam sauce over. Makes 4 servings.
