OREO CAKE 
1 lb. Oreos
1 lg. instant chocolate pudding
2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. powdered sugar

Crush Oreos; reserve 1 cup. Melt butter; mix with crumbs. Spread in 9x13 pan. Chill 1 hour. Mix cream cheese, sugar, 1 Cool Whip; spread over Oreos. Chill 1 hour. Prepare pudding; add second Cool Whip. Sprinkle with remaining Oreo mix; chill.
