OREO CAKE 
1 can Hershey chocolate syrup
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 stick butter
1 lb. pkg. Oreo cookies
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 box Cool Whip

Mix together Hershey chocolate syrup, Eagle Brand milk, and butter. Get these hot enough to melt butter. Put in freezer to cool. Crumble Oreo cookies in bottom of pan. Put in freezer to stick together.

When everything is cool enough, spoon ice cream over Oreo cookies. Pour chocolate syrup mixture over ice cream. Then spoon 1 box Cool Whip on top.
