2 reg. pkg. Oreo cookies
3 (8 oz.) cartons whipped topping
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 lg. box instant chocolate pudding
1 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar

First Layer: Crumble one package of cookies. Melt stick of butter and dribble over cookies.

Second Layer: Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and one carton of whipped topping. Spread over cookies.

Third Layer: Mix large box instant chocolate pudding with 3 cups milk. Spread over second layer.

Fourth Layer: Top with 2 cartons whipped topping then crumble Oreo cookies on top. Cool in refrigerator while mixing each layer.
