7 oz. marshmallow creme
2 tbsp. frozen concentrated orange juice
1 tbsp. grated orange rind

FRUIT DIP: Combine first 4 ingredients in mixing bowl. Beat until smooth. Makes 1 cup.

Place assorted fruit on platter with fruit dip in center or divide fruit among 6 plates and pass dip. Serves 4 to 6.
