FRIED RICE 
3 c. cooked rice (cold)
1/4 c. rareripes or onions
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. Accent
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3-4 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. bean sprout (optional)

NOTE: You may add meat.

Heat oil in skillet over high, fry cold rice until hot, stirring all the time. Add seasonings, onions and bean sprouts. Mix thoroughly. When mixed make hollow in center of rice, add eggs, stir when half cooked, stir well into rice mixture, cook a few minutes. Remove heat and add soy sauce and Kitchen Bouquet. If you add meat you add it with your seasoning.
