2 lbs. flank steak Salt to taste Pepper to taste 4 cloves garlic, minced 16 oz. lime juice 1. Cut steak into 6 inch wide strips. 2. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Place in glass dish in a single layer. Cover with garlic and lime juice. 4. Marinate 30 minutes to 6 hours. 5. Grill over very hot coals for 4 minutes, turning often. Serve with toothpicks on bed of parsley. The lime flavor is enhanced the longer the meat is marinated. This can be served as an entree for 6. Roll up in a warm tortilla and cover with sour cream, guacamole and salsa. |
