CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
Chocolate Ready Crust

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

1. Mix cream cheese and 2/3 cup sugar; beat until smooth.

2. Add eggs and mix.

3. Pour into 9 inch pie plate or chocolate ready crust.

4. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.

5. Take out and cool 10 minutes.

6. Mix sour cream and 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla.

7. Add mini chocolate chips.

8. Pour over top of cheesecake.

9. Bake for 10 minutes at 325 degrees. Makes 1 pie and is very rich.
