BECKY'S PEACH PIE 
1 1/4 c. self rising flour
3/4 c. white sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter, melted
8 lg. peaches or 10 med. peaches
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
1 pie crust

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix 1/4 cup flour and 3/4 cup white sugar; pour over sliced peaches, add lemon juice. Let stand. Pour into pie crust. Mix remaining dry ingredients together, then add butter. Mix well and pour over peaches. Cover with foil. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
