FRENCH ONION SOUP 
1 can French onion soup or 1 env. French onion soup mix
Thick sliced French or Italian bread
1 c. shredded cheese

Divide soup or soup mix into 2 individual casseroles, according to directions; add water. Add thick slice of French or Italian bread. Add 1/2 cup shredded cheese to each bowl. Bake 10 minutes or so at 425 degrees. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
