MICROWAVE STRAWBERRY JAM 
16 oz. frozen strawberries
3 tbsp. fruit pectin
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice

Place strawberries in 3 quart bowl. Microwave high for 4 minutes, breaking up strawberries after 1 1/2 minutes or until mixture reaches boiling. Stir in sugar and lemon juice and microwave for 8 minutes stirring 3 or 4 times during cooking time until full boil.

Microwave full 1 minute after coming to complete boil. Pour into glasses and refrigerate. Do not double the recipe.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
