CHICKEN HOT BITES 
COATING ONE:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper

COATING TWO:

1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 sesame seeds
2 tsp. parsley, chopped
2 c. chicken, cubed

Coat chicken with coating one and then coating two. Bake in preheated oven at 425 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet. Serve hot with dip.

DIP:

3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
