POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
1 hen or 2 lbs. chicken breasts
8 oz. cream cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup or cheddar cheese soup
1 stick butter, melted
1 tbsp. poppy seeds

If you have cooked chicken ready, then chop into bite-size pieces. If you are just starting recipe then stew or bake the chicken. When cool, take meat off and cut into pieces. Place meat in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix cream cheese and soup together with a whisk until mixture is smooth. Pour evenly over cooked chicken. Mix melted butter, crumbled crackers and poppy seed together and sprinkle over the top. Bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
