CHICKEN, POPPY SEED SALAD | |
4 chicken breasts, cooked and slivered 1 head lettuce, torn into bite sizes 1/8 c. poppy seeds 3 green onions, thinly sliced 3 oz. can chow mein noodles 4 oz. (or less) slivered almonds DRESSING: 1/2 c. salad oil 4 tbsp. vinegar 4 tbsp. (or less) sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Mix first 3 ingredients. Add additional ingredients just before tossing and ready to serve. Mix dressing ingredients and refrigerate before using. Shake well! |
